Answers to the most common questions from our international clients.

What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

For standard XPS boards and backer boards, MOQ is typically one 20ft container (about 800-1000 square meters depending on thickness). Custom sizes and private label packaging require higher MOQ. We can also arrange mixed containers with multiple product lines.

Can you provide samples before bulk order?

Yes, we can send free sample boards for quality evaluation. You only cover the international courier cost. Samples are usually shipped within 3 working days via DHL/FedEx.

What is your production lead time?

Standard products: 15-20 working days after deposit confirmation. Custom sizes or special packaging: 25-30 working days. We can also expedite orders for urgent projects.

Do you provide CE certification or other test reports?

Yes. Our XPS boards carry CE marking according to EN 13164. We can also provide third-party test reports from SGS, Intertek or other labs upon request. For specific markets, we can assist with local certification applications.

Can you do OEM / private label?

Absolutely. We offer OEM services including custom packaging, printed logos on boards, and branded pallets. Most of our export clients run their own brands — we treat your product identity as our priority.

What payment terms do you accept?

Standard term: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. For established clients, we can accept L/C at sight. Western Union and PayPal are available for sample orders.
